Evacuation Advisories

Evacuations

Effective Immediately

Airport Court (04/11/2023)
Due to the decrease in the water level, the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office is lifting the mandatory evacuation order for the residents of Airport Court and will be placing the area on an evacuation warning status. The evacuation warning will remain in place due to continued high water levels and potential flooding along the San Joaquin River and anticipated higher water levels due to the projected snow melt over the next several months.

Haven Acres (04/21/2023)

The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office lifted the mandatory evacuation order for the residents of Haven Acres Marina. The area has been downgraded to evacuation warning status, which will remain in effect due to continued high-water levels and potential flooding along the San Joaquin River. Water levels are anticipated to remain high due to projected snow melt over the next several months.

Residents are advised to not drink tap water and only use bottled water until testing can be completed on the water system. Bottled water should be used for all drinking (including baby formula and juice), brushing teeth, washing dishes, making ice and food preparation until further notice. Do not try to treat water yourself. Boiling, freezing, filtering, adding chlorine or other disinfectants, or letting water stand will not make the water safe.
