Haven Acres (04/21/2023)
The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office lifted the mandatory evacuation order for the residents of Haven Acres Marina. The area has been downgraded to evacuation warning status, which will remain in effect due to continued high-water levels and potential flooding along the San Joaquin River. Residents are advised to not drink tap water and only use bottled water until testing can be completed on the water system. Bottled water should be used for all drinking (including baby formula and juice), brushing teeth, washing dishes, making ice and food preparation until further notice. Do not try to treat water yourself. Boiling, freezing, filtering, adding chlorine or other disinfectants, or letting water stand will not make the water safe.
