Tracy - Sandbags are available to Tracy residents at the Boyd Service Center, located at 520 Tracy Blvd, Gate #1. There is a self-serve area with a limit of 10 bags. Watch this video if you're not sure how to use the equipment provided to fill bags.
Manteca - If you need sand bags to prevent flooding of your home, they are available at 210 E. Wetmore Street in the Southeast parking lot. (This is a self-serve station at no cost to residents).
Lathrop - Effective January 3, 2023, the sandbag location has moved to Manuel Valverde Park parking lot, located at 15557 5th Street, Lathrop, CA 95330. See map: Google Maps
Free sandbags available for Lathrop residents. This is a self-serve location. Fill bags one-half to two-thirds full. Bags should lie fairly flat when filed. Overfilled bags are too firm and do not nestle into one another. Bags packed too tight can cause water to leak through the sandbag wall.
Stockton - Free sandbags are available for Stockton residents at two locations: (Update: Stockoton locations have sanbags available)

(Former) Van Buskirk Golf Course: 1740 Houston Avenue, 95206 @ S. Fresno Avenue (Bags and sand are self-fill, self-service. Bring your own shovel.)
Ripon - Filling Station is located behind Fire Station 1 at 142 S. Stockton Avenue. (To access the sandbag filling station, use Nourse Street.)
City of Lodi - Self-service sandbag station located at the West end of Century Boulevard at Stockton Street. (North of Salas Park, Limit 10 per vehicle Lodi residents only - Please bring ID)
